Conference dinner: is included in your registration fee. We hope you will join.
Please read:
Lunch Tickets: In your goodie bag, which you will receive at the registration desk, you’ll find lunch tickets.
It’s important that you don’t lose your tickets and that you bring the correct ticket each day.
When it’s time for lunch, simply go to the station that matches the color of your ticket.
Bottled water will be available during the conference. However, we encourage everyone to refill their bottles with tap water, which is safe and widely accessible in Denmark.
Please note that all bottles and cans provided are subject to a deposit (pant). They must be returned in the designated bags marked for this purpose.
Please remember: return your name tag at the end of the conference.
Our digital name tags are part of a fully circular concept — made from recycled plastic and designed to be reused. By handing in your name tag, you help us reduce waste and support a more sustainable future.
Respecting the Private Estate Area:
Please note that the manor house itself is a private residence and not part of the conference venue. We kindly ask all guests to respect the privacy of the residents by not entering or approaching the main house or its immediate surroundings.

Photography during the conference: To capture the atmosphere and moments during the conference, we have these two photographers. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform them.
